Grats man, I'm a former heavyweight as well. Losing the gut was my motivator. Keep up the great work. BTW, increasing your protein intake will help your body burn more fat in your body. :a+

I say bring on the warmer weather, I'm tired of my stationary bike already + my glutes hurt like hell. They sure don't make those bike seats too comfy. :-( :moon

30 min incline intervals first thing in the morning is all ya need. Before I bought our treadmill I would go trail blazing on my bike. Wrists hurt too much after awhile and I couldnt do it in the winter.

I truly hate cardio, fvckin boring! Theres like a thousand better things to do. I make in hurt for small bursts, then pace, then make it hurt, etc.

I do like the feeling after I just finish though.

Yup. It's good to mix it up. The one mile run is fun. It's not too long and you always want to beat it!

I do interval training on the treadmill. Nothing compares to running outside maybe I will try the mile run. I had a MP3 player which made things easier but the cheap thing busted so now cardio is even more painfull.

yeah cardio is like pulling teeth. As for running I ran 6 miles two days ago. Took me an hour lol. Currently weighing in at 212lbs. My shins almost split after that run. Nice run though. Central Park circuit. Lots of hot ladies to keep me motivated. To bad I get passed by most. I need to lose 20lbs in next couple months.
