Well i am currently in the process of fixing some anterior pelvic tilt. I am majorly quad dominant and this combined with really tight hip flexors and lack of glute/ham activation has led to this..

Would it be wise to stop squatting and deadlifting heavy while attempting rehab? The goal is to obviously lengthen/losen hip flexors/quads/lower back while strengthening hams/glutes/core.

Has anyone here suffered from this and fixed it? Care to share any tips?

EDIT: I dont like the sounds of this, but could i wear a belt for max squats and deads so at least i dont keep making it worse while trying to fix it?

i have the same problem. I have an IT band problem which is really putting stress on my knee (pulling it outward). Im trying to do the quad stretches that the physio has suggested but still having prblems. looking forward to suggestions on this thread

have you been doing foam roller & Transverse Abdominal Exercises? I had a pretty bad anterior tilt before, but fixed it with this exercises.

I was foam roalling my it band and hip area for 15 minute before, following to 4 sets of 15, I was holding 10sec each time.

Now my abdominal muscles look real flat and my whole core feel more stable. There is 2 thread about this in the rehab section.
