Well i am currently in the process of fixing some anterior pelvic tilt. I am majorly quad dominant and this combined with really tight hip flexors and lack of glute/ham activation has led to this..
Would it be wise to stop squatting and deadlifting heavy while attempting rehab? The goal is to obviously lengthen/losen hip flexors/quads/lower back while strengthening hams/glutes/core.
Has anyone here suffered from this and fixed it? Care to share any tips?
EDIT: I dont like the sounds of this, but could i wear a belt for max squats and deads so at least i dont keep making it worse while trying to fix it?
