i usually buy the haagen daaz tubs when they go on sale 3 for $10.00 and made the mistake of trying some on my cheat meal during keto a few weekends ago. one spoonful in and i was destined to finish the tub lol. this is after being essentially dairy free for maybe 12 weeks. was pretty uncomfortable for a few hours.
