Here's the diet plan I'm currently followed, made by the company that makes Xtend. Seems to be working. Can also be used for gaining lean mass as well as fat loss.

Derek knows what he's doing but I certainly wouldn't be following any cookie cutter diet and esp. not one provided by a supplement company.

I dunno, I e-mailed Derek and got a training program from he, he put me on this diet.
It seems to be working.

I would say out of all the supplement companies out there these guys are ones I would and do trust.

Sure they do push their products , but they don't charge you for custom programs. Also Derek will spend the time with you to make the adjustments.

I'm a sucker for their products for sure.

I like them though, Xtend and Solution 5 are the best parts of my day.
