Hi guys! i forgot about this forum, I think I suscribed a long time ago in 2006... but here I am again. To introduce me, I am a 22 years old competitive bodybuilder from Québec Canada. I did the nationals last year and got 4th in the heavyweights. It's cool to have our own canadian forum, to keep this friendly vibe we have in the canadian bodybuilding!

and now, who's gunning for their pro card this year?? :D It's fun to see that the caliber of the competitors are getting better each year! Let's keep this up guys!!

oh and here is a leg training video I did for fun... training description on the youtube page.. good for bringing the hamstrings up.
