How good can dry fruit be?

Is this a cheat meal or snack or can it be good to hold off the hunry pains

it is still sugar, i guess it would depend on how your diet is set up. not a bad idea post workout i would assume.

I find dry fruit makes me hungrier, and is chock full of calories. If you are cutting I would avoid, eat a whole apple instead. If you are bulking it's probably a great way to get tons of calories easy if you don't like eating a lot.

Fruit for me tastes amazing but has no place in any contest diet nor does dairy. But offseason i eat a lot of dry fruit and blueberries in shakes, oranges, etc, o ya and 2 bananas a day offseason my fav.

I have dried Cranberries on my oatmeal every morning.Good for the prostate.Half a cup of oatmeal,pinch of 1 percent milk and a sprinkle of dried cranberries on top.Sometimes I throw in 5g of creatine on top.
