What a pathetically sad society we live in that those even need to be manufactured. If there is one crime that should be automatic death penalty it should be rape. Or at least a lifetime of receiving rapes by a special machine that rapes the person for 23 hours a day every single day until they are dead.

They are allowed 1 hour of sleep to think about and anticipate the next 23 hours.

If I remember clearly, I thought this device was targeted for 3rd world nations (African, Central America etc) especialy the rural parts, where rape is still rampant and the perps tend to get away due to lack of resources for LE. That, and to decrease the level of HIV infections in these developing nations.
