this transformation took me about 5 years.

started 2005-07, ended 2010-04

I am currently 20 years old.

Ive never took steriod and never will.

My goal is to be the biggest that i can be without taking any shit.

I reccently started a good diet, that help me alot.

My motivation is to eventually be someone role model as a naturel bodybuilder. I want to prove to my friend that it possible to get a good seize without take juice. gab

You could cut to 180 and still be fairly offseason. Good job on gaining the mass and doing it natural. Your very motivated and can go far with your goals if ya keep it up.

Good job... I do however question coming onto a board filled with IFBB pros and National level Competitors and giving yourself the title of "amazing transformation", though...

Keep up the good work... just make sure your head doesn't get too big in the process...

Thank guy for your reply
