Hey guys, planning my summer cycle for summer!

1-13 Test E HG 250mg EW
1-12 Tren E 400mg EW
4-10 Dbol HG 30mg ED

1-15 HCG 500ui EW
15-18 Clomid 100/100/50
15-20 Aromasin 25mg ED

Diet is 400g protein , 180g carbs and 50g fats
Split in 6-8 meals

5ft9 16%bf 200 pounds

Why would you run dbol during the summer and get water retention?

My advice at your age is to just eat a lot more steak and hamburgers, but if you really are set on cycling then drop the tren E and stick with just test and some winny. EQ too if you were to run it for 16 weeks but generally speaking people recommend against tren E for anyone without tren experience.

You could just run test at 500mg/week with tren ace at the beginning, but if test and winny workd for Ben Johnson it can work for you.

Nice to get HG stuff thats good shit. But i dont see any problems with it at all. Youve done some cycles and no how you react so this should be a really good one. I think id run that exactly as laid out and say what you want about dbol its fun stuff. When i say fun i mean sure you dont keep much but the pump and instant strength makes you push it harder therefore increasing hypertrophy. So although you lose a lot of its gains it is fun and keeps the intensity high. I too would never go over 30 of D because the shit works great at that so why unnecesarily up it.

One suggestion. I would use letro as an AI during my test/ tren runs. But im gyno and bloat prone so that is why. If you have no gyno issues just wait and see if you can get away with no ai and make more gains.

Yea well for dbol im still thinking about it because I want to make lean gains but with little to no water retention, thats why my test is at 250mg. I don't feel the need and I have no reason of upping the test when I have a strong compound andro/anabolic such as tren. It would be waste. 250mg just to keep libido running.

I already did a cycle with tren, have a shitty attitude on it bro , but I like it. For the diet, i'm already eating 400g per day. All lean food and it cost me an arm per week to afford this diet, but I like it. I don't really like EQ.. ran it at 600mg and the only thing I had were veins and pump. Winstrol hurt my joints really bad... And test well from being natural vs taking 500mg test , didn't saw THAT much difference.. Natural I always had high test.. Libido is almost same now and agressivity etc. Rather take other compounds than test.. test will just be the base.

If your adamant about the Dbol and the possible bloat doesnt offset you, I would run it weeks 1-6 rather than 4-10. DBol will give you that instant gratification before the long acting esters kick in. If for some reason your offsetting it to week 4 because you think all of the gear will 'hit' you at the same time I doubt you'll notice an "all-at-once" difference. Your mileage may vary.

On the matter of the test I would still use 500mgs, even if your only concerned about libido. For me at least, 250mg would be too low to counteract the tren, but again, YMMV.

On the face of it, your intentions seem to be for a cutter/lean bulk summer cycle. If so, I question why all the long-acting esters. If its because of budget, totally understandable. You cant def. cut up on enanthates (I do it all the time)

I also would STRONGLY recommend an AI to go with that cycle (mostly due to the Dbol) especially if you are concerned about water retention. Even If your past experiences with aromatizing compounds have been manageable I would still reccomend at least some Proviron.

The PCT looks gold to me.

Also dbol isn't used for instant gratification, I don't want to use it as kickstart, I wan't to to be used synergicaly with the two compounds.. Will be 1st time using dbol.
AI idk cause test is only at 250mg ..

The AI caution is moreso for the Dbol rather than the test. Dbol is infamous for packing on water weight and bloat. For me, if I don't run at least proviron I can barely eat because i get so bloated.

If this is your first time on Dbol its even more reason to have a backup. You wont know how you respond and if shit hits the fan, you'll be ****ed while waiting for an emergency order of adex. Goes along with the "safer than sorry" addage.

macro nutrient ratios are a little weird, but cycle looks good enough.

Ight ill get some dbol ! or might just throw some t3 instead of dbol.

For my macronutrients its because i'm slow metabolism.. I have to cut carbs 3-4 meals before sleep. Everyone is different, you just have to know your body!
