Serra will not help directly unless you have blocked blood vessels in the area but Serra is suppose to help blood flow overall and is good for reducing cysts etc...Do not buy the cheap stuff as you need the coating of the better brands to protect the structure until it enters the intestanial tract.I always try to take mine on a empty stomach which is tough when you eat six meals a day.
There is a topical ointment I get here in Canada called Traumeel avaliable at your local drug stores. It contains a magic ingrediant called ARNICA which when applied to the area of pain helps relieve the muscle or inflamation pain. Its applied as needed. Its pricey at $25 a small tube but I find it helped me.Its not a cureall but it does help.Otherwise its back to TIGERBALM and Aspirin and a bag of frozen peas!

Thanks bro, have tried Traumeel as well as Arnica, didn't work for me. I hear there is an injectable Traumeel you can get from naturopaths though -- might try that.

Will have to invest in some serrapeptase. Already on the ice packs and advil!

I have tried Traumeel as well for a shoulder injury and didn't notice much if any difference. I have heard positive results from a supplement called Cissus, but haven't ordered any yet. It appears only available online.
