Friggin thing keeps popping up. Anyone hear of this virus and, if so, how do I get rid of it?

Download malwarebytes and scan, I had the same thing.

follow step 1 to 4

once it's done, i'd suggest NOD32 antivirus

security tool is a PITA but 3-4hours of scans and it's gone
