View Full Version : How to use animal cuts?

I get up at 5am in the morning to get ready for work, should I take a pack right away or eat breakfast first then a pack later? If I take the pack first how long should I wait before eating my first meal? Any help or suggestions would be appreciated!!

I think you should take your first dose as soon as you wake up, I`m guessing by the time you have your breakfast ready a good 15-20 minutes will have passed and that should do it.

Your other serving 30 minutes or so before training.

Thanks, i usually don't get to the gym untill 3 or 4, is that too long of a time period in between packs or does it matter?

That`s perfect. It spaces out your first dose, and let`s you take another one far enough before bedtime.

Ritch nailed it. Take your first serving of Cuts first thing in the morning on an empty stomach preferably with a session of cardio of sorts and give it approx 30 mins or so before ingesting food. Your other serving before a w/o is great and should be at least 4 hours since your last serving for best results. On a side note, if for some reason you end up working out later than 3:00-4:00, or, are taking your days packs on an off/non-training day and don't want the stims, you have the luxury of removing the stims energy complex which is in the little red capsule. This convenience is with the new formula of Cuts however so make sure your supplier is offering the new formula if that luxury is something you think you'd take advantage of.

Thanks for the help! I took my first dose at 5:30 on Friday, i was amped for about 5 hours or so, took my second serving at 10:30 and was good for about another 5 hours or so. I work as a residential recycling operator picking up about 1000 houses a day so I get my cardio at work, this stuff gave me massive energy and focus, it was awesome!! I am going to continue this routine and see how it goes. I am taking Green Mag as a pre-workout before hitting the weights, the combo of animal cuts and Green Mag worked out pretty good on Friday. I am going to do a log of about 8 weeks to see what type of results I get.

I had to stop half way through my tin of animal cuts because
of how grumpy and annoyed I was getting. Is that normal with this
product? I know it was from the "cuts" because it was the only
thing I was taking besides protein at the time. As soon as I stopped
I felt fine.
Curious to see if you get this side effect so I'll be checking back to read
up on your logs.
