can you take it just post workout or do you have to take it pre work out for it to really help?

I`d take it pre intra and post. Sorry to say though it never worked for me. I used up to 10 grams a day.

Beta Alanine is supposed to be used pre workout.

i dont wanna take anything intra workout cuz i want my blood in my muscles not my gut digesting.. and i dont like pre workout drinks they make me feel like shit...so i wanna take it post but wondering if that'll still work?

lol...i remember last time i took beta alanine the tingling sensation i got was really annoying while working out.

The reason why it's supposed to be taken pre workout is because, it promotes endurance, and intramuscular carnosine, not sure if it will be beneficial to take post workout.

Its best taken threw out the day!!
i take 1g 3-4 times a day (one gram 40min before workout)

look at studys on it you will see why.

I like that the Anadraulic State GT hase beta in it so i add the one from truesupps to my protein drinks and im good.
BTW the new Anadraulic State GT TASTES GREAT!!
dotn make me feel nauseous like the old one did somtimes.

That`s what I was doing at first. Did that for a good 4 weeks until I moved onto higher doses before, intra and post.

I just took 5-10g pre-workout and work well for me, better endurance in my training!^^ but yeah, the first time, the tingling sensation was really mad, but after 2 weeks, it disapear!^^

I take a TSP (4.3g) before and after workout... I've had great results with it as well. I added it in without changing anything else, and my endurance shift on deadlifts was really noticeable.

I use TS by the pound beta alanine. 1 tsp (5g approx) pre workout only. Dont think it would help ya much in recovering by using it post workout. Id use it bout 20 mins preworkout.

I wouldn`t think it`s necessary. Some could say yes if you haven`t been using it for more than a month as it needs to be built up in your body.
