So I've bee taking Mass Addiction 4 times a day along with meals and I'm taking T-Alpha once a day ( 2 pills ) either 1 hour before my workout or sometime durinig the day if I'm just doing cardio.

This is my 4th day and I've only been able to get in ONE heavy workout so far , that was a squat and a deadlift. One thing I will say is that I was not sore the next day so this was surprising because it's been months since I've done any deadlifting and a few weeks before I've done any heavy squatting.

My workouts have been more focused on Cardio as I try to drop about 10lbs to get to 225lbs. I will be doing a Powerlifting meet in July so STRENGTH is very important to me. These supplements will get put to the test in that department because I will only be doing ME training once a week with the rest of the days being cardio and accestant work.

My big three RAW lifts are :
squat - 525
Deadlift - 500
Bench - 340

My deadlift is low due to my shitty grip

My diet will not change and has been very close to this for the past 2 months ( or longer ) with myself going off and having some cheats every week or maybe twice a week. My weight has come from 245 to 235 in this time and my strength has not suffered very much , but then again it hasn't gone up either because of my lack of equipment.

1) 4 eggs with 3 whites
2) Shake ( sometimes it's just protein and sometimes I put in some berries and peanut butter )
3) Chicken , fish oil caps ( 6g) , 1/4 cup Almonds
4) Lean Ground Beef ( grass feed )
5) Another shake ( same as first )
6) Either chicken or some lean beef along with a salad and some fish oil.

I will snack during the day with some nuts and some fruit.

I don't really consider this dieting because I'm not counting cals or weighing anything out. I will if I have to as I don't have a problem with that. I just find that I work well with NO Carb intake or carbs coming from fruit and nuts only.



So far the only thing I've noticed from this stack is that my Libido has gone up . I take it the Maca is doing it's job.

It's still early and I always have the thought that this product will not doing anything for me that I wouldn't be able to do without diet and hard training alone. So basically it has to prove to me that it works. I try hard not to get that placebo affect

Did some core training today. Cardio tonight.

Skin feels a bit tighter. Getting a pump in my arms from doing fallouts . Which is not normal .

Just took my 3rd MA ( 4:50pm) and my 2nd protein shake with some almonds.
Took my T-Alpha this morning with breakfast ( 2 pills ) .

Small cheat foods last night ( popcorn )

Booked an accupunture apointment for Sunday , so hopefully after a few treatments my elbow will be as good as new.

Going into the city on Monday or Tuesday to finally get myself a squat rack . Then I'll be looking for some cheap weights.

Things are still coming long. Dose has been spot on with no changes.

I did get two zits in my forhead and one on my cheek. Usually stress causes this , but nothing out of the ordinary has change so I'm going to say it's the stack.

My strength hasn't really been put to the test recently , but that will change tomorrow.

Side note : I picked up a sweet cage today so my home gym is that much closer to being built.

Not much new for me.

Diet has been so-so , few days off track but i do find that helps my progress in the long run.

Weight is holding around 225 . Cardio is still aprox 1 hour a day - soon to be stepped up and I'm going as heavy as I can with the weights I've got.

Muscle endurance has been creeping up . Did 225lbs for 30 reps , 3 sets For bench press.

Muscles do feel a lot fuller and my carb intake is minimal ( aprox 50g per day or less )

Around Day 15.

My days do get messed up being a shift worker . Today for example I took my first pill at 3pm and my last pill will be taken at 7 am.

The T-Alpha will be taken sometime around 1am.

Then when I go on days off or day shift it gets switched around again.

Trying to do the best I can to keep it in my system.

The reason why I asked about what day.... Seems to be very consistent in over the 15+ Mass Addiction logs that we've had since Sept 2009.

Other none sponsor logs reported the same between days 7-13.

Right on .

I had to go and count how many pills I have left to see what day I'm on. Shift work messes me up big time in more ways than one.

Can't wait to see how things improve :)

May 5th

Not much has changed since the last time I've logged.

Libido is still up . The muscle pump is still higher than normal ( but this can also be because my workouts have changed to a higher rep style ) .

I do feel as if I'm not putting this product to the best use because my training style has changed and it's hard for me to tell if I'm getting stronger.

When it comes to the Power movements ( 1-3 reps ) I have gotten weaker , but when it comes to higher training I'm doing alright . Squatting 350-400 for 10-15 , benching 250 for 20 .... Things like that :)

I do think that I will use these products again next month prob closer to the end of June so that I give it a far shot with heavier weights . This way even if the gym hasn't opened by then I should have enough weights at my place to help me break some records at my meet in July , basically I want to get a nice RAW total of 1400lbs and qualify for World's in October in Vegas !

Other than that my weight was consistant at 235lbs +- a few pounds. While doing upto 1hr cardio a day.

As for my lifts , like I mentioned before I was unable to really put my strength to the test. Today I did squat 405 x 12 , So that's good , IMO.

I may order up this stack again depending on price :) As I am just a bar away from having my basement gym set up so I can squat / dead and bench heavy !!

Funny you mention the acne. I pretty much have a clear face and when I stopped Mass Addiction I got some on my face and shoulders. Just a few zits on my left shoulder that are still there! Peristent ****ers they are, but benzagel cleared up my face in a hurry.

I never mentioned the acne as sometimes very humid can bring a few zits...
