So I've bee taking Mass Addiction 4 times a day along with meals and I'm taking T-Alpha once a day ( 2 pills ) either 1 hour before my workout or sometime durinig the day if I'm just doing cardio.
This is my 4th day and I've only been able to get in ONE heavy workout so far , that was a squat and a deadlift. One thing I will say is that I was not sore the next day so this was surprising because it's been months since I've done any deadlifting and a few weeks before I've done any heavy squatting.
My workouts have been more focused on Cardio as I try to drop about 10lbs to get to 225lbs. I will be doing a Powerlifting meet in July so STRENGTH is very important to me. These supplements will get put to the test in that department because I will only be doing ME training once a week with the rest of the days being cardio and accestant work.
My big three RAW lifts are :
squat - 525
Deadlift - 500
Bench - 340
My deadlift is low due to my shitty grip
My diet will not change and has been very close to this for the past 2 months ( or longer ) with myself going off and having some cheats every week or maybe twice a week. My weight has come from 245 to 235 in this time and my strength has not suffered very much , but then again it hasn't gone up either because of my lack of equipment.
1) 4 eggs with 3 whites
2) Shake ( sometimes it's just protein and sometimes I put in some berries and peanut butter )
3) Chicken , fish oil caps ( 6g) , 1/4 cup Almonds
4) Lean Ground Beef ( grass feed )
5) Another shake ( same as first )
6) Either chicken or some lean beef along with a salad and some fish oil.
I will snack during the day with some nuts and some fruit.
I don't really consider this dieting because I'm not counting cals or weighing anything out. I will if I have to as I don't have a problem with that. I just find that I work well with NO Carb intake or carbs coming from fruit and nuts only.
So far the only thing I've noticed from this stack is that my Libido has gone up . I take it the Maca is doing it's job.
It's still early and I always have the thought that this product will not doing anything for me that I wouldn't be able to do without diet and hard training alone. So basically it has to prove to me that it works. I try hard not to get that placebo affect
