A sad yet happy day [Archive] - CANADA BODYBUILDING

It is a sad day as CBB will be without my wit and wisdom for almost a month. But is is a happy day as I am off to deepest darkest Africa (not really deepest darkest but Africa none the less) on a missions trip. The trip will include medical and infrastructure projects. I will be heading up the infrastructure portion. It will be a challenging but rewarding time I am sure. MP hold things together until I return.

Watch out for the zebras. Apparently they are an under-rated man killer. They bite you and don't let go until you are dead.

That's my Africa survival tip for the day.

Thanks all... It seems I am already starting out with an adventure. Because of the volcano erupting in Iceland most airports in England and northern Europe are closed. That means my flight got canceled. It looks like the soonest I am going to get out is Monday.:(

It is confirmed...I am flying out on Monday. I will try to send some pics back as I should be able to get G3 coverage at least part of the time.
