It`s obvious we both have different goals when it comes to judging a phyisque. The look any competitor has on stage the given day of a show is not one I wanting myself to look like. Just by the face, they look sick to me. Like I said, my goal is the one I`m living and winning at. Looking good everyday of the year. And being no more than 6 weeks of being very lean. I like the look competitors have 6 weeks out of a show. Anything beyond that, they look stringy and look like they`re flattening out and most importantly, like I said the face looks horrible.

I don`t think people are going to vote on this. And what if only 5 people vote? I don`t think this pole was properly thought before proposing it. But hey, let`s see where it takes us.

I understand the whole gettin annoyed thing. Posting in threads like "can you change the shape of a muscle" or "is local fat loss possible" get old fast sometimes.

But guys like Prae have answered the same question countless times like "How do I take arimidex" The board needs people to guide others. I never had one person ever make me a training or nutriition programm. I`d asked some and they said they would, and when I`d ask them, they`d say next time. Next time never came and I learned for myslef.

This is where we have to be patient. You need a break? Fine, take a few weeks off, then maybe you`ll find yourself more interested in helping others.

For me, it would almost be best if I was voted off this board, as I spend way too much time here, lol.

You have some DC training knowledge it can always be helpfull if IW is not there to answer them or whatenot. You have a kid, you could help a guy who`s finding it tough to train and take care of another human being. Either way, one of us leaving is not what is best for this board.

Nope. I have a short fuse to begin with but lately I think one thing in particular has been bothering me.

My dad was recently diagnosed with alzheimer's disease. It's a common disease for the elderly but he just turned 59. I'm not dealing with it very well. Feel like I should have spent more time with him while I was growing up.

For anyone curious on average people live 7-10 years after being diagnosed with alzheimer's disease. There is a 3% survival rate past 14years. I didn't know it was a terminal illness until recently so probably some other people don't also.

The kicker is today was my last day working at a pharmaceutical research company. Guess what the research focused around? Cognitive function, aging, alzheimer's disease etc...I couldn't make this up if I tried.

My mom seems to think I'm going to cure the disease...

Anyways, I probably won't post too much anymore. It seems like it will bug people more if I delete my account and maybe in the future I'll want to participate more actively again.
