View Full Version : I would like to see a Rehab Section

So many of us post about injury rehab, or general maintenance through foam roalling or whatever holistic ways. I think it would be good to have a injury prevention and rehab section to stimulate post in this direction.

what you guys think?

There are...but rehab is a valuable one!
