Where do I go to get reliable research?

I have been asked to write a few articles and I need uptodate scientific opinions.

Pub med is a good start.

What else is out there?

I believe you can buy access to scholarly research sites as well that will give you access to their archives of peer reviewed research, journals, articles etc.

Scholars Portal is a good one. I have access through school so Im not sure what it costs but it cant be that expensive.
