Thought some of you would appreciate this site. Based on the Greeks and Romans which statues portray muscualr sym and porp. Hope you enjoy this reference.

I meet or exceed every one of those measurements and let me tell you, I am far from ideal. :P

This was before the chemically enhanced athlete!
may say your not ideal but its based on symmetry and porportion. It is saying if you want to gain an additonal 20lbs then it will help you direct which muscles need more focus or just plain overall.

I missed that the first time. Now it makes sense.
Good little useful program. Too many guys around that just focus on the "beach body"
If you compete it would be even more useful!

Wow, my proportions are pretty much bang on!
Too bad i still hate what i see in the mirror...
(ok hate is a strong word, but im not satisfied)
