I am considering putting my girl on a ketosis diet. I've never done a ketosis diet myself. Can the Palumbo diet be modified to a female's dietary needs? She is not a bodybuilder and simply wants to lose 10-15 lbs of fat. She is 5'3 and about 120 lbs. She would be doing fasted AM cardio 5x a week and light resistance training in the PM 5x a week. She wants results quickly (don't they all?) so I thought ketosis will be a good fit for her. Any thoughts, advice?

MAKE SURE SHE FOLLOWS IT, Cause I know lots of girl out there think they can have a Chocolate bar , cause it has low in fat printed on it or less cals, it still the same thing, save it for a cheat day

Palumbos diets work for sure, no doubt about it, but i agree that they are too low in micronutrient content for my liking and for a female who is consuming so few cals i would only have 1 shake per day during your workout and have everything else be whole foods
