For one I consider myself more advanced than the majority of the people who are in the gym at any given time. If I reach an all time best this summer, maybe I`ll post pics. But right now I`m about 210lbs 5`11 and don`t have much fat and won`t take much in terms of adjustments to get where I want to look this summer. My goal was to be 210 very lean this summer using only clen as far as "not legal help". If it weren`t for my shitty calves I`d be very content. My waist is a little wide but my shoulders make up for it.
