Cytogainer by cytosport is the best all in one pre-packaged gainer on the market IMO.

Great tasting and good quality ingredients. Go with cytogainer. (This company also makes Muscle Milk).

That`s what I would have said, but since I`m a cheap mofo, I`d make my own with iso, oats ( 1 cup ) and fruit or yogurt to add more carbs, add like peanut butter if necessary, if you need a portable source of fat, you can grind up almonds and put them in your shaker as well. No way do I think a bought gainer can match this, but understand the convenience of them. But cytogainer used 3 times a day at the full scoop protocol to get 80 ish grams of carbs, 50 ish grams of protein and 8 ish grams of fat, the container will last you a week. Multiply that times 4 for a month supply. Damn!

^^ its an effective product, not a cheap product. you get what you pay for.

What? It`s just overpriced. The protein is not a iso blend and carbs are cheap. You`re paying for the convenience, not the quality. C`mon dude...

Look at the ingredients in Interactive's Mammouth. You get what you pay for. Cyto is also vitamin fortified and contains L-carnitine and Bovine Colostrum.

Not saying that makes it worth the extra money, but it doesnt hurt to have a well rounded product that tastes good and doesnt give you diabetes. It's not THAT expensive either. If you consumed heaping amounts of any gainer at 3 portions a day you would fly through that also. Im simply stating how much I like the product and believe it to be better than most others.

Just sayin'....
