I'm starting my log today. I am now taking MFV, AL-I Life Defender, ResverAcai, T- Alpha and Mass Addiction, the last two I am starting as of today. I will be logging my body weight, moods/how I feel, and my training. I am starting this 5 weeks out from my contest, so the training may not be too exciting, as i've hit most of my heaviest weights in the last week, but will still be going upwards of 90%, and will have my contest results after of course.

Im a bit tired from the heavy benches yesterday, my last heavy squat day before the contest working up to 87.5%
Massage therapy tomorrow to stay in good shape for the contest, thankfully i've been able to stay out of physiotherapy for the last month, so far injury free which is uncommon for me coming up to a contest, i'm sure the AA product have something to do with this :)

Feeling a little sluggish today. I think I have to be careful this close to the contest not to push my CNS over the edge, staying heavy-moderate this week. Test/Libido is still high. Like the 4 times a day recommendation with the mass addiction, fits well with my meals.

Numbers are low, as this is a different rack than what ive previously set my PRs in and it affects the band tension.

Nice Total !

Single or double ply ?

I don't want to sound like a dick , but did you take it easy when it came to the deadlift ?

Just asking because your bench is bigger than your dead.

NSPowerlifter
14-05-2010, 05:42 AM
The squat and bench gear is multi ply, no briefs with the squat though. My deadlift is nothing fantastic, but I did damage something in my left bicep, same as before in my right, thats why that one is wrapped. I didnt take a third dead. Guess i need to learn to pull double overhand hook grip. I dont know the reason, but maybe the whippy deadlift bar, as ive only injured myself this way using that bar.
