On my precontest diet again and decided to switch to a more High Protein, Moderate Carb, Low Fat Diet.

I have been assaulting my Oatmeal with Vanilla Extract. Now I have just found out that it contains a hell of a lot of carbs from my mom. She said it is sugar alcohol, is this as bad as refined sugar? Should I cut out the extract asap?

^^ that site doesnt show anything at all. serving size is 208g lol. if you are using 208g of vanilla extract you are an asshole and deserve to be fat.

if you are using a teaspoon at a time, by my math, that is less than 1g of sugar per serving.

Moral: Keep using it if you like it. Its virually ZERO for cals if you use it minimally.

Yeah that's true. Under 2g of carbs for a tablespoon and thats what I use each morning. Don't eat any oatmeal after 12pm, Usually.

Ummmmmm....did I say he was useing 208g-Mr. Genius? I just found the info. for him to be helpful-he seemed concerned. It doesn't take a brainiac to figure out the math on this one smart a*s-hence that is why I pasted the link-I figured he could do simple math with the nutritional info. provided-but, mom's still know best-and she was just showing concern-which I thought was sweet. Gotta love a know-it-all....You must of passed grade one math-good for you!!

So if it is just 2g of carbs/tbsp like he said, does mom really know best?
