A while ago, I used "Ultimate Nutrition" brand taurine powder along with a clenbuterol cycle. I suffered massive cramping within the first few days, as if I was not using any Taurine at all. Confused, I gave up on that cycle and later on picked up some "Optimum Nutrition" brand taurine. Worked like a charm, virtually no cramps throughout the clen usage. Prior to that I used generic taurine from Bulk Nutrition, and it worked great as well.

Just thought I'd post. Definately makes me want to avoid all Ultimate Nutrition brand stuff after this crap.

Think I bought some of their "Prostar" whey before and that stuff would only mix in a blender. You couldn't agitate it enough in a shaker bottle to get it to mix well (with water). After that tub I never bought any more, even when it was on a super cheap just-expired sale.

prostar and whey supreme by Ultimate wasnt instantized. but was cheap as hell. if ya didnt mind the taste and using a blender.

as for ultimate products, best ones are horse power, tribulus and there kre-alkyn.

I am using horsepower and getting decent results...I seem to recover between sets much faster on it.

Prostar doesnt even exist anymore. It was replaced by Whey Sensation 81. Much better.

But honestly I like the taste of the gourmet prostar. it was like a mocha flavour and a mint chocolate flavour. Quite yummy.

I used to work for the Canadian distributor so I know! lol
