Well the other day I was being a smart ass about spending half the year in Brasil and today there are people dying here in Rio.

My condolences to the families that have lost loved ones. RIP

People are dieing everywhere, men woman and children. Always have been and always will be. While I feel bad for others in times like this my heart can bleed no more as it's all run out.

Human nature kills more people then mother nature.

P.s. You sure picked a shitty title for this thread. I was expecting something to cheer me up, but now im just felling worse.....lol

Sorry bad ****ing day over here:dftt

There is really nothing to help with that I have heard of, its not like people are heaving sand bags around cause of flood waters rising, its the damn rain causing it.

They are telling everyone to stay in their homes and try and be safe. Not to go out and be a hindrance, etc etc. They say it is to continue all week but we will see.

Did you read the comment below the article, deforestation aside it would seem that littering is also a culprit to the massive flooding. Lol.

All the deaths aside, must be pretty wild to be in something like that.

I think some of the posts sound funny and there is a little lost in translation. Litter is a massive concern because it gets in all the drains and plugs shit off so nothing drains properly and the build up and floods.

Believe me man if you were here and seen it those posts in the article make sense, its not a bunch or mumble jumble.

Also they say we fot 2months worth of rain in less that 24 hours, so its a shit load.

No shit! I wouldn't have made the connection with the litter, but makes sense. 2 months in 24 hrs. man that must be a shitload of water!
