Well deserved. Congrats Faoud. Faoud is a long time member on the canadian boards under the handle Hoss. We've watched his progress through the years and it's good to see him at the top.

Last good representation we had was freaking Paul Dillett... Well that is without counting Dayana Cadeau...

But Simon Voyer is doing good. Last I saw him he was monstrous. If he can keep the belly in check, he can do some damage.

whatever happened to dillet. Last i remember of him I think he was letting the cat out of the bag on how fvcked pro bodybuilding is.

Such a shame, Dillett was a true monster. He was kinda staging a comeback but I guess it wasn't in the cards. Sucks for him, he could have been a major star.

Fouad had a autograph signing party here in the Windsor area for his fans at a club downtown earlier this month.

I was one of the first to get a copy that night from him....and of course I placed a big kiss on his cheek. (Can't take the cougar out of me.) I was at the Canadian Nationals in 06 too, when he won his Pro Card and am very very proud of our big guy.

Another of our Canadian Pros, Lou Joseph is getting ready to compete again in a big pro show. Lou and Fouad have trained together in the same gyms for years and often can be seen around town still.

Lou will be doing a guest appearance at the Festival City Championships in Stratford on April 26, this Sat night.
