Hi, everyone. I'm new to the lifestyle and am scouring through all the information on the board and internet. I'm finding it difficult to find a diet plan for weight loss. At this point, I don't have a trainer, but I do go to the gym. I want to get lean, toned and defined and I'm finally realizing that my eating habits have to work in conjunction with a workout program!

Can anyone recommend a website or book or even a sample diet? I don't mind cooking and preparing. Thanks.

if you want to be a fitness model... you have to... well.. be FIT!!
the diet you have looks great. with the proper workout regime and that diet you should get to the right shape... You've already told us you suffer from body dysmorphia... I think it's time to let someone else make the decisions about how your body will look best. get a trainer you trust and listen to them
