Hey guys,
Thought I would say hi to everyone.

A little about myself...

I'm 48 years old 6'2 weigh about 208, started bodybuilding years ago due to being so damn thin. At age 26 weighed only 130 so at 6'2 you picture me..LOL Arms back then were 10.7", chest was 34", Waist 30".
Now arms about 17.75", chest 46".

Needless to say my gains are very tough as I simply due not have the frame build like the big mass guys.

I had been on/off bodybuilding for the past few years or so and finally joined Anytime Fitness around last september and have been getting some great advice from Andre.

Anyways my biggest issue i wish i could solve is my bench press. Simply put just not good at it. I know my long arms don't help the equation but i am stuck around these numbers. Can bench about 6-8 reps at 205 maybe 2-3 reps at 225. My routine for chest is 4 sets Incline Smith machine bench (No spotter for free bench) then pec fly machine 4 sets, then dumbell press flat bench 4 sets. I throw in military presses for a shoulder routine and work tri's after chest and shoulder workouts.
Anyways looking for advise to boost my bench at least to something a little more respectable...LOL
