I was at a shag last night. A guy who looked like he worked out a bit was dancing with a drink in his hand with both arms bent at a 90 degree angle. Other arm just bent for no reason. I told my girlfriend that if she saw him extending either one of his arms into a straight position, I would give her $50. I was there for 2 hrs and kept my money. he was easy to see as the place was not very packed.

It's soooo lame. It looked like if he straightened his arm the sleeve would fall down and make him look smaller.

Unreal. My elbow would probably get a little uncomfortable after 2 plus hours in the same position. It was very obvious that he was doing it to make his arms look bigger and TO keep his sleeves up. LOL!!!!

Truly Big guys that look good are not silly nor scared to relax their arms and be comfortable. They are trying way too hard IMO.

I do that on purpose if I ever by chance go to gnc. All the workers there have ILS and/or BAS (bent arm syndrome).

On top of that, they lean on counters with their feet crossed explaining the complicated factors of bodybuilding. Most likely making it sound impossible or overly easy.

I hate those guys more than you can imagine. They also tend to cycle every now and then to make them "tough" and only train chest and arms....to make them look tough lol. They also believe that the tighter the shirt they wear, the bigger they look. I can't go to clubs because I'd go insane lol.

one time last year i went into the locker room of the gym where i train (tons of bas and ils goes on at this gym) i walk in and i hear some clown tell his buddy "im way too big to wear a ****in shirt!" i go around the corner to see where this verbal diarrea came from and its this guy about 6'1 180lbs. some peoples egos are unreal. on another note i was visiting some family in kelowna over easter and i swear that town has to have the most 20-30 year guys per capita with ils and bas. From training at one of the local gyms but worse yet was when i went to a nightclub sat night i had to leave or i was going to smash someone
