ok so I am just finishing off three weeks of being on CLA 2000mg, 3xdaily. Green tea 600mgs, 2xdaily and vit C 1000mg 2xdaily.

I am going to start taking 1000mgs of vit C 4xdaily. First in the am, half hour before working out, after working out and then with supper.

Green Tea 900mgs, 2xdaily. First in the am then with supper.

I picked up some Omega-3 1000mg, epa 300mg, dha 200mg today but not sure how much and when to take this for best results??

I also want to start a EC stack as I picked up some a couple weeks ago. The caffeine are 200mgs, and the Ephedrine are 8mgs. I am looking at doing the EC stack for three weeks. Take a week off then run the CLA for three.

any help or info is great.

stay on the CLA and green tea and just add in Ephe.
Omega 3 take one, three times daily after eating

U might want to look into adding l-carnitine which is a amino acid and works great with caffeine, and some fiber. As for the vit c imo 4000mg daily is too much their is no way ur body will absorb all that, maybe next time look into buying time released vit c 500mg caps twice daily, Also as sandwiches stated take ur omega 3, 3 times daily.
