For a bulking phase, you're lacking of protein, good fats and in my opinion, too much carbs and there aren't really good!
Breakfast:
eg:
- red meet
- nuts
- egg white and whol eggs
- hams
- fruits like strawberries, raswberries..etc)
- oats
- Fish oil
snack 1:
- cottage cheese with nuts( almonds, cashews, etc)
- protein shake with nuts
- chicken
- a fruits, like an apple
Dinner:
- salmon
- Chicken Breast
- Red meet
- green vegetables
- Brown rice or a baked potatoes
snack 2:
- Cottage cheese or allegro cheese
- can of tuna
- Chicken breast
- nuts
- rice cake
supper:
- red meet
- chciken breats
- salmon
- salad
- green vegetables
- olive oil
- Brown rice or baked potatoes..etc
before bed:
-cottage cheese
- almonds
- fish oil
So, These foods are an example, not keep all the food I Wrote..LOL!^^

whats ur weight cube? i calculate ur total cals to be about 2400 which is way too low for a bulking diet... protein intake is much too low... u also dont have any veggies in there, where does ur nutrition come from?
general dieting rules:
-eat every 2-3 hours
-have veggies with each meal
-have 40-60g of protein per meal
-stick primarily with non-processed foods
-majority of your carb intake should be pre workout, during workout and post workout
quick and dirty rule of thumb is 20 cals per pound of bodyweight, although this figure can be highly variable
