Can I get some feed back on what types of supplements I should buy that are good for the heart. I heard that green tea extract and garlic are good. Is there anymore?
Any type of advice or feedback will be appreacited.

hawthorn berry or leaf extract, grape seed extract, celery seed extract

I find it dificult to take Garlic oil extract with omega3 my blood become so thin if I start bleeding it wont never stop. so I stick to 6g a day of omega3 and 3g a day of hawthorn berry extract
