I am about to snap like a twig, how do you get photos off the iphone?

This is the one and only thing that has pissed me off about the iphone.

How the **** do you get the photos from the camera roll onto your computer?

I am running windows 7. Never had an issue with Windows XP as the iPhone showed up in my computer and/or in the camera wizard.

It does neither on this comp, after several google and internet searches and >50 attemps at things that have been suggested I am about to lose my mind.

Anyone?

If you can't go into computer and open the iPhone as if it's a hard drive basically their is another option....You can have itunes sync the pictures. Just go into pictures under the iPhone tab and select the folder you want them to go to. Hope this helps
