I'm finally getting back in to the groove after having to take a couple months off due to an injury. I hadn't seen my back in a while so I figured I'd take a pic -- turns out I don't have one. That's what I get for making it my goal to have bigger shoulders than my head while severely neglecting everything else.
I plan on bulking throughout the summer so hopefully I'll be able to begin to remedy the nonexistent traps and noodle arms as well. In my partial defense, I'm 6'6" and it's hard to look big at that height, but that's no excuse.
I'll put up another pic in six months time which will hopefully show improvements in the aforementioned areas.
Anyways, enough talk.

holy fricken deltoids. Amazing delts but man ur 6'6' its hard to build a dense physique at that height. But ya hit that back and show us all how you do in the next few months.

I only do one thing actually, and that's seated dumbbell presses. My shoulder routine usually goes something like this:
50x8
75x4
90x8
100x6
110x3
115x2
100x5
95x5
90x6
I also do quite a bit of incline dumbbells presses so my shoulders get hit by those as well. Looking at the pic, I should really add something for rear delts.

The front is nothing to write home about. The biggest issues seem to be the side delts, and arm thickness, or lack thereof. Unfortunately, any type of lateral raise causes significant discomfort in my shoulder joints so I'm unsure as to what I could do for them. It seems like dumbbell pressing is the only thing that doesn't cause pain.

I've had it since I was around 12. I figure once I'm satisfied with everything else I'll get it removed.

Those are some bad ass delts man, You don't often see rear shots like that where the anterior delt is so much larger then the bicep. For 6'6" you seem to be doing well :welldone

Have you tried bb upright rows? I find doing them with an EZ-curl style bar puts my arms at an angle my shoulders like.
Heavy sumo high pulls might work as well. Depends on the injury. Anyways, very good base for a 6'6" frame. You can fill it out. There are very big strongmen who stand that height.

Thanks for the feedback.
Upright rows don't give me any issues, but I find that they hit the traps a lot more than the delts. I've recently introduced some lighter cable side laterals and so far so good, no pain.
Anyway, here's an updated pic. I tried to get the same lighting but the camera didn't agree with me.
Been bulking since early June, plan to go till the end of the year.

I didnt even notice it.
I found my traps got the biggest and the strongest the most quickly when I started doing power/hang cleans, and one handed dumbbell snatch's.
IMO by far the best exercises you can do for shoulders / traps.

Now that summer is over I'll be doing way less cardio which will should translate to better gains. I'll update this thread again at the end of the year, hopefully with some more size. Anyway, here's a front and back shot.
