This is my first time doing a log, and also first time doing a cutting cycle.

What I look like (yes, I smile a lot):
======================================
http://img405.imageshack.us/img405/3540/2jpegsmall.jpghttp://img405.imageshack.us/img405/6126/3jpegsmall.jpg
http://img255.imageshack.us/img255/3597/6jpegsmall.jpghttp://img255.imageshack.us/img255/773/9jpegsmall.jpg

About me:
=========
Just turned 25, 188 pounds, had BF% measured at 14%, but then measured it myself at 22%. I figure I'm at about 19% or so.
Never juiced, not planning to at the moment. But I am slowly chugging through the Anabolics 2006 manual.

Goal:
=====
drop BF%, aiming for below 10%. 8% Should be fine.

Training Split:
==============
Sometimes I add another body part, for no more than 8 sets (written in brackets), if I feel like it's too rested or smth. I don't think I'm overtraining by doing this, the main split is written without the brackets.
Saturday: Chest (pull-ups)
Sunday: Shoulders (biceps)
Monday: Legs
Tuesday: OFF
Wednesday: Back (chest)
Thursday: Arms (shoulders)
Friday: OFF
Abs done every other day, Calves done EOD also.

Cardio: Right now I walk at about 10 degree incline at about 3mph for about 20 mins after each workout. This needs improvement. Suggestions?

Supplements:
============
Animal Pak (on and off), Creatine Mono Creapure, Glutamine, Beta-alanine, omega-3 fish oil, sometimes Naka MSM and Glucosamine mix. Can't stomach BCAA powders.

Currently I'm experimenting with Ephedrine, but I also want to try clen. I was thinking of the following clen start (assesment period):
Week 1: 5mcg, 10mcg, 15mcg, 20mcg, 20mcg, 20mcg, 20mcg.
Week 2: OFF
Week 3: start at 20 mcg and ramp up by a comfortable amount
Week 4: ramp down to 20 mcg
Week 5: OFF

After this, I'll know if I get any sides and if I get any withdrawal symptoms. So, I should be okay to start one of 2 cycles:
1) 2 weeks on, 1 week off for 9 weeks
2) ramp up to almost max dosage (8 tabs) and then taper off, all over the course of 8 weeks.

Comments? Suggestions? Constructive criticism? Don't be shy :p

Wish me luck!!

I tried a keto diet but ended up being completely constipated. Here's the new diet that I'm on:

In addition, I have cardio 25 mins in the morning and 25 mins post-workout, 7 days a week (50 mins in the morning on off days).
The workout split is: Chest, Arms, Legs, OFF, Shoulders, Back, OFF.

I lost about 7 pounds in 2 weeks, here are the latest pics:

Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Back on the keto diet. Added ground flax seeds for fibre and super-enzymes to process all the eggwhites. Here's my current diet:

Works well so far, no problems with digestion like before. Current weight: 180.6 pounds.

Looking good brother. By the way, I had the same issue as you did with keto. If it happens again, try using Benefier. The stuff was a Godsend.

Shop with the old people, poop like the old people lol.
Orange tang Metamucil here, but same shit and he's right, it works well.

Thanks!!

I don't think that Metamucil can be used on keto - contains maltodextrin. I'll give Benefibre a go next time.

I should also clarify that I ended up not using clen - I reacted badly to it. Severely low blood pressure + migraines + extreme nervousness. I couldn't even tolerate 40mcg, which is the starting dose. Keto diet + good old fashioned cardio is where it's at for fat loss. Usnic acid is pricey too, so I didn't use it. Just did multi + fish oil + MSM + glucosamine + coffee. And for cardio - do NOT run. On keto, it's a horrible idea.

Well I somehow completely overlooked that, don't I feel foolish now. Now that I look at it under non medical ingredients it says sucrose, I read it as sucralose lol. Also could explain a couple things about my own diet, looks like I'm going shopping for some Benefibre tomorrowl.

Thanks for pointing that out.

You can also try psyllium husk fibre from Bulk Barn, Fibreteq by VPX or Fiberlyze by Species. On non pro-veg days ground flax seeds worked wonders for me, had to suck it up on pro-veg days.

Thanks for the advice, I still have some psyllium husk fiber from the Bulk Barn that I was using before, I just got sick of the chunky/grainy consistency and decided about a week ago to try and find something that went down a little smoother. Looks like I'm back to the chunk until I get a replacement.
