opinions on hcg

when is the best time to start taking hcg and nolvadex for pct? I've done tons of reading and researching and can't get what i think is a straight answer and reason why! From what i understand, i should wait till 14 days after cycle, cuz that is when my body will be at its lowest point. The test has left my body and i`m left with my natural levels being basically non existent! I was on cyp. My last shot was sunday mar 28!

Actually I like the use HCG soon as I stop my test because HCG is suppressive itself. I'll use 500iu 3x week....

So that will get you about 3 weeks. In that time if you were only using test, either enan or cyp it should have cleared your system, which would set you up nicely to start using Nolva to bring your natural test production up.

You're supposed to use hcg during cycle.
This way its easier to get the testes working again because they have been stimulated all along.

After cyp,i start my hcg 1 week later.
