Amino Vital Focus Zone?

So I bought this stuff last year when I was in San Jose for a hockey tournament, and played some of my best hockey after taking it - placebo effect? Maybe...anyway...fast forward to today - I saw it at Golf Town, so I picked up a pack thinking it would help me on the course too. When I look at the ingredients, it just seems like an overly priced BCAA mix - can someone tell me if I'd get the same effect from BCAA's purchased thru TrueSupplements?

Yes, placebo. That`s what I`d get in 1/2 tsp of bcaa powder=2.5 grams of bcaa minus the glutamine. I take 30 grams intra workout which is 60 times the amount of what you used, lol...

You should just buy some bulk bcaa`s, glutamine and some gatorade. It will cost you a fraction as that company in particular is just stupid expensive.
