Hey guys I had Gastric Bypass Surgery and have to take chewable vitamins and lots of them. I was wondering if you guys knew of a good quality powder mix or a liquid I could get?

I would look for whichever is the most complete you can find, probably a seniors or child format. Problem with most liquid and chewable multi vitamins is that certain vitamins and minerals are not stable in water, or taste like crap so they are not included. I would also consult with your doctor to find out what you will need.

Is there a reason you cannot have a good quality multi capsule?

One option if you have trouble swallowing pills, if that is the issue, is mix the multi with gelatin and sugarfree jello and chew and swallow.

Sorry not that familiar with gastric surgeries.

Thanks for the post the reason is they reroute your lower intestine to the top of your stomach of which they leave approx 1.5oz for you to utilize. The contection is much smaller then a normal stomach to intestine opening and pills will get stuck and could cause real issues so you have to use liquids and chewables for quite a while.

Thanks for the ideas.
