I squatted 385 for a double followed by a deadlift PR of 455 with straps. (twice).

.... but I need a divorce lawyer. Nothing like full blown kill it dead anger for some serious lifting.

If my shoulder wasn't ****o I'm pretty sure I could have pushed a bench pr tonight as well.

Amazing lifts while on such a low intake.

Sorry to hear that things arnt going well at home . Diets can play a big roll in mressing things up ( assuming ) . When my wife and I were dieting down for are first ( and last ) show , we were always fighting and this prob started around the 8th week in . She even threw her wedding ring at me during one of are walks. It was bad , man , but now I couldn't even tell you what it was all about .

Atleast the good outweighs the bad unless your wife was very large. Congrat on the lifts.

Really sorry to hear about your situation. Try to keep the anger in the gym and work through it. If you lose it at home things will only be worse, you don't want to be a cover story in the Sun. Take care.
