ok since sunday every workout i have i feel like im going to puke and a general feeling of shitiness. nothing has changed as far as my diet or training or supps except im taking a little more ephedrine. not a lot more either like 8 mg more than last week before workouts. any one else get this. i felt fine last week and i cant remember if i started feeling shitty like this last time i got close to show time

Last year 4 weeks out i hit a wall. Starting feeling very ill, weak, extremely achey. Came down with a major flu or something and couldnt eat for a couple days. I feel like a lot of times i overtrained in my prep the first bit and then it seems to catch up to ya close to show time and maybe if u could take a day or 2 off. I know it sucks and you dont have to but maybe your adrenals and everything are getting overstressed and neurologicaly u need a day or to of recovery.

i dont know tough to explain. about 15 -20 minutes into my workout i feel like i could throw up. same thing hapened to me when i would push myself too hard playing hockey the odd time. i dont get a head ache but my head feel different. pretty bad explanation. im not really aggresive unless i am like 10 minutes past meal time and havent eaten anything. i tire out pretty quickly in the gym too.

Sounds like your carbs are low and you're dieting for a show...hmmm. Keep killing it Phatty but get rid of the ephedrine and get some clen already. Adrenal fatigue!

Ditch the ephies. They are horrible. You start crashing due to adrenal fatigue.

I havent done ephies for a long, long time...It gave me anxiety, light headedness, and nausea at times......I would try and cut back on them bro, taper off of them if going off now.....
Do you ever give yourself a refeed day, and what type of cutting plan are you using??Keto, or something different, and does it hit you everyday???

im not doing keto. i get a cheat meal every saturday. this only started happening this week, which i thought was weird because nothing really changed.

On top of your vitamins? Zinc, Multi, etc?

yah for vitamin im on a multi, 400 iu e, 1000mg c, b 75 complex, a liver pill, kb from sangsters, lb from sangsters, cal/mag, and some cran extract and shit. would it be a good idea to drop them now or just taper off. i dont want to be outta energy in the gym im like 4 weeks out right now. and with cardio twice a day 6 days a week and weights 6 days i need some kinda boost.

I'd taper down as to not completely **** yourself lol

try caffiene tabs. OR, if you can handle the burn out and it's not you getting sick or trying to fight something off then just live with it for now and deal with the hell afterwards.

One thought, if taking to much zinc i get real dizzy and light headed, and nauseous....

kim not taking any zinc other than whats in my multi - but good to know. so i guess the consensus is everyone hates on ephedrine. At lest i know for next time i never take it off season jsut the last 6 weeks maybe of dieting and this is only the second time ive dieted for a show so live and learn i guess. thanks for all the responses boys
