I'm not sure what I should be doing at this point. I believe I eat healthy. Mostly rice, salad, chicken, turkey, always eating veggies..fish. whether im eating enough is a different story, I dont think that I am though

by looking at my pics, in your opinion.. what do you think i should do. cut/bulk up?
i like my weight... would like to lose mabye a lil bodyfat, but with that always comes lose of muscle correct?

my goal is to just have a well toned lean body.. with a weight of around 190 195. I was 200/205 but got sick and lost 10 quick..didnt eat for like a day and a half ;(

also, if you have a meal plan..and has worked for you please post it!

Good start for a natural and nice size gains so far. I suggest you do this. Not a lean bulker because those simply dont exist. Not a cut because to be honest you wont be happy when you cut with the amount of muscle you have and being natural cutting is a difficult task if you want to hold on to all your muscle.

Keep those exact same foods you have in your diet but just do this...

6-7 meals spread out 2.5h apart.

Each meal containing 150g carbs (ex. 2 cups cooked rice, or 2 large potatoes(400g)
60g protein (ex. 2 chicken breasts, or med sized lean steak, or 6 0z lean ground beef)
Then a source of fats (ex. 3 tbs natural peanut butter, 1/4 cups of almonds, etc etc.)

Veggies are great but in the grand scheme of things i dont even count them. Salad doesnt throw on mass. Meat does. Every meal plow down your meat. This will make you grow like theres nobodys business and at the same time not amount to a huge gain in bodyfat. Limit yourself to the shit food once a week say on sunday or something. Limit alcohol consumption or eliminate it (dont no if you drink or not), and train the BIG 3 and work your way up to 500 pounds on each (even if it never happens)

1) Flat BB bench press
2) Deadlifts
3) Squats

I know this is all review and sounds simple but implement this game plan and you will add some mass to your frame then you can cut and show it all off for them ladies. :lick

Good to know that I have been sort of on the right track... im clearly just not eating enough. 6-7 is a stretch since work limits me from eating that much, but i do try to eat every 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
I dont eat any fast food, if I do it's a tuna sub from subway or a chicken/steak pita from pita pit. and I also can't drink very much, im on accutane right now... had some shitty back acne ;\

right now im doing 4 sets of 15-20 reps, my muscles def needed a break
after ill go back to hammering 3/4 sets of 10/8/6/4

thank you for your input !

keep eating and growing.. Ive been there and dieting at this level just isnt worth it cuz you just end up looking skinny.. your not too fat at this point where dieting is required

On another topic, I have been having a hard time getting rid of my back acne as well, mainly on the backs of my shoulders and few here and there on my back.

I am taking 40mg each day with breakfast, and have been for the last 2 months. How long until you saw some relief?

I am taking 40mg Of Accutane, and have been for the last 2 months with no relief. Even tried to stay away from lying on benchs or anything to irritate it. How long until you saw relief?

I would like to know too. Chest and shoulder acne here - accutane 3 months (month 1 & 2 40mg, month 3 80mg) and still breaking out badly.

id say i saw relief at about 3-4 months in.... for some it takes longer
just dont stop taking it....drink lot's of water, and try to stay away from anything any supplements ( yes its hard i know )

if things aren't working on 40 and your bloodtest are ok, ask to go on 80. i was on 40 for 2 months and been on 80 since....

I have been on ac****ane for 2.5 months now. It didn't help much at all. I started to see a little bit of results but not until I started tanning every second day ( I know your not supposed to ) and tried to stay away from keeping my back and chest of the pads at the gym for a few days to let the legions heal. They are drying out quite a bit and disappearing very quickly. I put a band aid on the ones that are painful and stopped squeezing them. I am also using benoz peroxide 5% and that with the tanning has helped 10 fold. Hope this helps!

hmm, well you clearly dont need to 'cut' per say from your photo your bodyfat does not look really high or anything, you can just train hard and eat alot and take supps and as you lift alot also mix in cardio and you will slowly start to cut up as you gain lean muscle mass over time. Stay consistent are you living the lifestyle and have the motivation or are you not eating very clean and having more than just one cheat day per week, its very hard to make the gians you want if you get off track and lose motivation and only really follow your set goals a few days or so a week when you should be doing it 24/7, yes this can be hard even more so when you are younger and even more so if you have friends who dont live the lifestyle so you need to find other positive aspects to keep you fully into it, do it for girls, yourself, how someone will react when they see you bigger and muscular those are just a few tricks. Just a few ideas, hope you are eating tons and training hard and getting huge! Watch out for over training though, nothing worse than sitting around injured wanting to train but cant, remember that when you are almost fatigued but still want to do more, more is not always better, even more so if you are on a one body part a week routine so you can go full on all out on that bodypart that day and then give it the rest of the week to grow and repair. As for diet dont try anything too extreme when starting, stick to a basic six to eight meals a day chicken potatoes ect and then mix and match when you see what works for you, I will link you to some excellent diet choices to read over.http://musclebase.blogspot.com/2010/01/2010-super-tips-of-weight-gaining-fat.html

All I can suggest is try switching from rice to Quinoa. It packs quite a load of nutrients.
