i know its a little late, but hey i have time and am on here a ton anyways...... as of this last saturday i am 4 weeks out (show april 24th)

here on out ill be on every second day to track some progress.... all i got for pics is a couple older ones between 7-8 weeks out. ill post those , and this weekend ill be taking a few more to update.

doing all my diet n everything myself this year while im in school taking business. GOOOOD times haha.

PS - my left arm is the exact same as right arm, lol.... just havent been posing in a while gotta work on it a bit

overal pretty happy with results besides i screwed up in sept when i moved, stopped eating and did cardio ended up looking like a track athlete..... but should be around 183 give or take a lb

from that point i actually upped my cals a bit and just maintained weight for a bit.... last 5 days just started lowering and starting to go to the shred look
