My first time working out was about a year and a half ago and it lasted about 5 mounths.i went from 170 to 217.Anyway i just started working out again 3 weeks ago and could use some advice on getting bigger and cutting some fat my weight was 208 a couple days ago.If u need more info about my diet and workout schedule let me know

Not a bad start at all just keep trucking and id say try a diet like you see posted on here (not neccesarily anything like KETo, or carb cycling.)Just try and eat clean and big and see what happens. You have a good base now if you add in some cardio say 4-5times a week and clean up the diet you can cut up and show it off better you know.

As for workouts you should focus on to improve id say chest and back. Arms, traps, delts on track but try some heavy basic movements such as Incline BB press for the chest and deadlifts and pullups to bring out the lats more and get you them wings.

u got to either choose to diet down, or bulk up both at the same time is not going to happen..

i guess it depends on whether or not you are looking to become a competitive BB or just wanting to look good on the beach (ie; goals). which is it? do you want to dress up in little trunks and pose for a crowd of cheering dudes.....or just attract more sloozies?:D

I have no plans to compete i just want to look good and gain more size.
