Does the forum software generate a mobile version of the web pages?

I'm just playing w/ my windows mobile device and wondering to myself if there is a mobile version of the pages.

There is a plugin I can install. It's free for me to install but $2.99 for the end user to get the application to view the forum in a mobile format.

If a lot of you are interested, I'll add in the plugin.

Definitely interested.... CBB is bloody slow on my iPod Touch/iPhone.

What app would be needed in order to view it though?

While you can get the forum on your iphone the layout isn't optimized for pda's. The plugin would generate pages similar to other mobile websites where the bandwidth is lower and the messaging is optimized for the smaller screen.

The iphone is probably the best small browsing device on the market. Some of us are using windows mobile and crackberries though.

Was this ever implemented?

Yes but it wasn't good.

The new version has a better mobile suite but I need to upgrade. Most that use this forum software know not to upgrade until awhile after it comes out. Way too many issues :(

Does the mobile version work now? Ipod/iphone/ipad. Forumrunner is installed but I can't check. Can someone please let me know if it works as I just upgraded the site.

Here is the app if needed.

Ya it does. It's very quick to use also on my iPhone 4gs. See attached photos for what it looks like.

Figure you would want to see what it looked like. :)

Great upgrade with mobile trending right now. We went mobile about 6 months ago.
