I cam across this today. I read the chapter on HGH ( which I will read again) and I thought it was a good read.

As you can see some chapters have not been written yet and as I was reading the one chapter I noticed that his last update was March 16 , 2010 . It appears that Jerry Emanuelson seems to keep the info updated as best as he can.
