I need to get my diet and my drinking under control. Im drunk right now as I write this message, and I am acutely aware that I need to lose weight. I really want this semester to be over so I can just focus on training and eating to relax my stress level to the point I can burn some fat.

today is my last day of classes then im done with school for good. i'm in coarse overload as well but i still hit the gym hard each day and my eating doesn't take a hit. you have to want this for the right reasons or else each time you will fail. good luck bro.

School is not my excuse, its straight up my lack of discipline. There are way too many temptations around here to drink and party, and if Im doing that I may as well eat whatever I want.....so it snowballs from there....

I CAN be disciplined. I would just rather do it when I dont have to focus on other more important things like school.

Good luck on changing..........Its hard but can be done. I went from drinking 6 nights a week to drinking a couple times a month...But you still need to go out and let loose every once in awhile.

Just try to pre set a reasonable number of drinks before you go out and stick to it, and as said only do it on the weekends.

I feel your pain. Past 2 months have been hell doing lots of tax work and a few drinks helps the stress in the short term. Also it is hard to wheel ladies while sobre, but at the end of the day the drinking and whoring is just an empty lifestyle.
