This shit is worst than alchol.

The onlyl refind sugars that should be taken in by the body are Natural Honey , IMO.

Next time you are out driving in town take a look at how many fast food joints line the streets its unreal. You don't realize how many there are until you count them.

Another thing, I had someone point out years ago about the supermarket food placement. All the fruit, veggies, meat, dairy etc are on the outside ring. All the refined foods fill the aisles. Now look and see where all masses push their shopping carts . . . up and down these aisles

Its virtually impossible to do that, HFCS has been replacing sugar for quite some time, since the 70s i believe? Its in almost everything we purchase.
