Not bad, a little crowded looking though.

nope not the angle of the pics. i wish. its a little packed yes. but when u only have 200 members, its not that big of a deal.

i didnt have much choice either, it was either find a smaller location that i could afford, or close the gym.

so far its gone over quite well.

dumbells go up too 160

I was actually suprised. Vancouver island has these hidden gems all over. Physique you know the fishing lodge in Ucuelet , Canadian Princess, there is a gym there in one of the small Motels, its like a 2 story small gym but packed full of all the equipment you need. i was so suprised/excited to find it while i was fishing.

sweet man, I love the before and after pics. If you don't mind me asking how much did you spend on the renovation process? I'd like to start my own gym someday also.

sweet man, I love the before and after pics. If you don't mind me asking how much did you spend on the renovation process? I'd like to start my own gym someday also.

it cost me $30,000. but this included some new equipment aswell.
plate loaded preacher curl machine, triple tier db rack, hammer strength shrug machine, more plates, rubberized straight curl bars, and about $5k more in rubber flooring

the rest wasnt too bad, as i did it myself with the help of some friends and my parents.

the move though iu will never forget. getting the equipment out of the old second story location absolutlt sucked balls. over at this 2 storey location it was easy, just rented a boom for $500 and brought the stuff thru the windows.

since then i have added about 10k in new cardio equipment.
jacobs ladder close to 5k, recumbant bike $1500, and i re-furbished all my old cardio with new parts.

i am heading to ucuelet end of april so i will stop there and check it out

How much is rent per square foot?

$6 cheapest in town. locked in for 10 years as there is a super walmart being built down the street. and i fully expect the traffic to increase 10 fold, and dont want to pay more per sq ft.

plus if i ever choose to sell the place, the new owner will have a long standing lease and wont be expected to move on a whim or getscrewed over like i did in my last location.

what's that jacobs ladder thing

heres the link to their site. shows u how it works and why it kills every other peice of cardio on the market today.

http://www.jacobsladderexercise.com/home.html

i have had high end athletes on this machine that play NCAA hockey and football, that have all said the same thing. nothing gives u a cardio workout like the jacobs ladder. it puts everything else to shame
